Work addiction is a very real problem that affects hundreds of thousands of Americans. Just as with other addictions, work addiction takes a devastating toll on the workaholic's health, as well as having a profoundly negative impact on family members, friends, and co-workers. This presentation addresses symptoms and possible causes of work addiction while providing ways workaholics might learn to live a more balanced life, as well as ways family members might avoid enabling behaviors.
